Hello Heartbeat Community!
We hope your Summer has been amazing so far! We wanted to take a minute to let our Ambassadors know about some new guidelines we have rolled out in order to address a recent unfortunate trend we are seeing in our campaigns. As most of you know, we have over 125,000 women in our Community and we make every effort to give everyone an equal chance to participate in campaigns that typically have between 500-1000 posts.
Unfortunately, we are getting a lot of Ambassadors who are opting into campaigns and then not completing their posts once they have committed to do so. Once you get accepted into a campaign and receive the email with final instructions, we are assuming you have committed to post. And if you've received a free product in the mail, our clients have paid money to send it to you. It's important to note that those are spots that we reserve for you to post and are not given to someone who would LOVE to post on behalf of that partners. This causes great delays in the campaigns and affects the amount of campaigns we can do.
Hopefully just reading this post will deter our Community from opting in and then not posting in the future (we call it “ghosting” here at Heartbeat), but just in case we are implementing a few new additions to our guidelines depending on what the partner has asked us to facilitate.
For campaigns that do not require you to install an application:
If you opt into a campaign, are sent instructions, and then do not complete the post without letting us know why you have decided to not post, you will be REMOVED FROM ALL CAMPAIGNS FOR 15 DAYS.
For campaigns that require you to install an application:
If you opt into a campaign and do not install the application and post without letting us know why you have not decided to not participate, you will be REMOVED FROM ALL CAMPAIGNS FOR 30 DAYS.
For campaigns that require you to receive a product in exchange for a post:
- If you opt into a campaign and do not complete the post within 5 days of receiving the product in good condition without letting us know why, you will be CHARGED FOR THE RETAIL PRICE of the product and also be REMOVED FROM OUR SYSTEM PERMANENTLY. For Heartbeat and it’s partners, this is the most serious and when you do not post, it puts tremendous strain on our Team.
We hope we never have to impose any of these new sanctions and as long as you are authentic and post what you said you post about or just let us know you don’t want to post anymore and why via email, we won’t have to :)
